Flash Design
A big part of my Computer Studies courses is Flash video game design. The grade 10s typically will make a maze or obstacle type game where the grade 11′s do at least 3 application development assignments. This year we started out with a basketball scoreboard app to demonstrate an understanding of basic input/output, variables and event handling. We then moved on to arcade shooters where students came up with all sorts of variations, from zombie hunting, to bright shinny rainbows and unicorns a wide range of games were made available. Finally this week we are in the process of finishing up our decision maker apps. With the new knowledge of arrays these apps were all designed to help you make an important decision from weather or not to get up in the morning, what to do if you see a bear, or what new nail polish design you should get.
The full feed for all of these games is available here: http://courticesecondary.ca/category/student-made-games/
For now though I highly recommend you take the time to enjoy this wonderful game, be sure to turn the sound up. This game will most certainly brighten your day.

What a neat story here, instructive material I enjoyed it very much, really cool!!!!!!!! Regards Madeline Woolworth
